MOSCOW, April 9. /tass/. Russian regions have concluded more than 80% of the necessary contracts to carry out work on the national project in 2020
"Safe and high-quality highways". This is stated in the message of "Informavtodor".
"According to the Etalon operational management system, as of April 8, 2020, the regions have signed contracts for the production of works at 4,612 facilities. This is more than 80% of the total number of road sections where work is planned within the framework of the national project "Safe and high-quality highways" in 2020. 96% of the objects are included in the trading schedule," the report says.
At the same time, in 28 subjects of the Russian Federation, 100% of the objects from the total planned volume of work have already been contracted. Another 16 regions have an indicator of more than 90%.
In many regions, work on the concluded contracts is already underway, despite the restrictions imposed in order to prevent coronavirus in the country. Road builders
milling of sections of highways is being carried out, and in some regions the laying of the lower layer of the road surface has already begun. In addition, work continues on
capital-intensive facilities of the national project. They are being repaired as a priority roads leading to hospitals, polyclinics, medical centers.
The Russian Road Research Institute (RosdorNII) will monitor the quality of contract execution. Specialists of the Institute will conduct
selective monitoring of the quality of road works and compliance with technology, including diagnostics of those areas where new technologies and materials have been applied
and technological solutions.
