MOSCOW, April 21. /tass/. New technologies will be applied to more than 1 thousand road repair facilities in 77 regions of the Russian Federation in 2020. About this to the portal "The Future of Russia. National Projects", which is operated by TASS, was told in the Russian Road Research Institute (RosdorNII).

As noted in RosdorNIA, by the beginning of April, at least 77 subjects of the Russian Federation planned to introduce new technologies of materials and structures on 1009 sections of highways in 2020 as part of the work on the national project "Safe and High-quality Roads" (BCAD). In total, 5.7 thousand objects were expected to work in 2020, but only 5,545 objects were included in the bidding plans by April 20.

The use of practices from the Register of New and Best Technologies is mandatory for everyone for all 83 regions participating in the national project "Safe and High-quality Highways". As they remind in RosdorNIA, the registry has been available to everyone since the end of January. As of the beginning of April, more than 300 technologies, as well as 162 designs and 310 regulatory documents of the road industry have already been collected in it. All of them have gone through several stages of review and expert assessments.

"The greatest the number of developments submitted for examination for inclusion in the register relate to geosynthetic materials, artificial lighting, noise screens and fences, as well as modifying additives in bitumen and asphalt concrete mixture," RosdorNIA says.

According to the Institute, in 2020 it is planned to lay asphalt concrete mixes according to new standards at 335 sites and crushed stone-mastic asphalt concrete mixes at 152 sites. New national standards are also used in the design of mixtures according to the methodology of volumetric and functional design. Thus, the system of volumetric and functional design (according to GOST 2019) was planned for use in 23 sites.

Regions and technologies for the use of recycled asphalt concrete are actively used to reduce repair costs and reduce work deadlines.

For 2020, 18 regions have announced the use of this practice. More than ten regions plan to use bitumen-polymer docking tapes during repairs, new technologies for laying geosynthetic materials. New road structures are being actively introduced in the regions. fences, lighting devices with increased performance characteristics and other technologies.
