On September 13-15, Sochi hosted the international forum "Innovative Technologies and Intelligent Transport Systems in Road Construction", organized by Avtodor Group with the support of the Ministry of Transport of Russia and Rosavtodor. Within the framework of the event, possible solutions were proposed for the modernization of the scientific and technical policy of the road industry, digitalization, infrastructure development and automobile tourism.
The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin, Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Igor Levitin, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Transport and Construction Evgeny Moskvichev, Chairman of the Board of Avtodor Group Vyacheslav Petushenko, Director General of ROSDORNIA Stanislav Naboko and others.
ROSDORNIA was also represented by Alexander Kamenskikh, Deputy Director General for Science, Igor Evstigneev, Head of the Digital Technology Implementation Department, Alexey Kovrov, Director of the BCC, Yuri Ryumin, Head of the Project Office for Science, Yulia Oganova, Head of the Acceleration Department, and Olga Karaseva, Head of the Pricing Department.
Vice Alexander Kamenskikh, Director General of ROSDORNIA for Science, was one of the moderators of the session "Cases of technological projects" for customers. He noted that domestic road builders are tasked with advancing the introduction of advanced technologies, structures and materials in order to form a modern infrastructure. At the same time, road management has a significant impact on the safety of road users. Given this circumstance, the legislation has a conservative approach that constrains the use of innovations.
Igor Evstigneev, Head of the Digital Technology Implementation Department of ROSDORNIA, spoke at the forum about the creation of the ITS digital platform. Its main goal is to provide citizens and businesses with reliable and timely road information.
Alexey Kovrov, Director of the BCC, spoke about the events held at the Industry Competence Center in 2019-2021.
The head of the ROSDORNII Project office for Science, Yuri Ryumin, spoke about the transfer of innovations to the road sector and informed the forum participants about the institute's readiness to accompany the introduction of innovations and in this regard provide expert support to all infrastructure road projects within the framework of maintaining the industry Register of New and Best Available Technologies (RNNT).
Yulia Oganova, Head of the Acceleration Department of ROSDORNIA, presented the Accelerator 2021-2022, the purpose of which is to ensure the influx of innovations, new projects and ideas into the road industry through a special prepared program and the participation of experts. According to Oganova, the Accelerator format will include a track of technological entrepreneurship, mentoring and partner tracks, and the finalists and winners of the program will be offered industry expertise, support and inclusion in the RNNT, as well as the opportunity to test projects at the facilities of the road industry.
Olga Karaseva, Head of the Pricing Department of ROSDORNIA, told about two methods of increasing the price of contracts for construction, reconstruction, as well as for repair and maintenance of roads. She stressed that ROSDORNII is engaged in the development of both methods, supports the pricing reform, participates in it and is ready to consult on pricing.
