The automobile laboratory "Eskandor" has completed the inspection of the condition of the road surface in the Republic of Tatarstan. During the work of the mobile laboratory, about 500 km of regional roads were scanned.
Tatarstan became the third pilot region of the Russian Federation, where "Eskandor" conducted diagnostics as part of the implementation of the national project "Safe high-quality roads". The data received in the region will be sent to Moscow, where the employees of the FAA "ROSDORNIA" will carry out desk processing of information.
The pilot passage through Tatarstan was the last for "Eskandor" in the current diagnostic season. In the near future, it is planned to conduct local internal tests of the laboratory in the Moscow region, and then begin preparing the equipment for the next diagnostic season.
"Escandor" is designed for continuous non-stop diagnostics, certification and evaluation of the transport and operational condition of highways by synchronized measurement and control of all major parameters. The laboratory can evaluate the strength of asphalt, longitudinal and transverse evenness, depth and profile of the track, coupling properties.
