The federal institution told about plans for the development of the SEC, which was created in accordance with the passport of the national project "Safe and high-quality Highways".

In 2019, 15 advanced training and vocational training programs were developed for implementation in 2020, taking into account modern requirements for the content of personnel training in the road sector. They are mainly based on a Register of new and best technologies, materials and Technological solutions for reuse. For example, courses have been compiled concerning the use of geosynthetic materials, technologies for the reuse of materials in the construction of structural layers of pavement, technologies for increasing the service life of highways. According to the FAA "ROSDORNIA", this year it is planned to update at least 5 developed additional professional programs, since significant changes have been made to the Register.

It is also planned to develop 5 new professional development programs. Including on the use of SKDF (Road Funds Control System, its full launch with the organization of public access is planned for 2020). There will be programs related to the development of contracts based on the principles of CCC (life cycle contracts), quality control of road construction.

In addition, the FAA "ROSDORNIA" is starting to develop a mechanism for public-professional (industry-specific) accreditation of additional professional programs that are in steady demand among road enterprises. It will be directed to the DPP developed and implemented by educational organizations and organizations engaged in educational activities.

Attention will also be paid to monitoring the progress, as well as quality control of the development of training programs, and carried out in an automated mode. To do this, it is planned to create interactive services.

In total, in 2020, it is planned to train at least 500 road workers, while actively using distance education technologies and (or) e-learning in the implementation of programs.

Recall that in 2019, with the same target indicator (500 people), 1,440 employees of road enterprises were trained under the program advanced training "National project of the BCAD. Introductory course".
