Over the past two weeks, employees of the branches of the scientific Institute have examined almost 2 thousand kilometers of road surface.
A selective assessment of the technical condition (diagnostics) of road sections is carried out within the framework of the implementation of the National Project "Safe and high-quality Highways". Specialists of the branches conduct a survey of road sections with the help of universal mobile road laboratories.
The Vladimir branch focused on the Pskov and Novgorod regions, inspecting a record 775 kilometers in total. Voronezh specialists examined five facilities in the Lipetsk and Tula regions. A third of the roads, which were diagnosed by specialists from the Perm division, were built using new technologies, which is about 40 kilometers. The North Caucasus branch worked in the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol at local and regional facilities, and managed to cover 23 sites. Siberian and Ural road workers checked the technical condition of the roadway with a total length of even more than 500 kilometers.
Recall, a selective assessment of the technical condition of the sites The specialists of the FAA "ROSDORNIA" carry out highways in several directions. The objects are examined to confirm the achievement of the target indicators of compliance of roads with regulatory requirements. The data obtained by the institute is compared with the results of the diagnostics carried out by the subjects. In addition, road workers go to the sites commissioned and built with the use of new technologies. Such studies make it possible to determine the impact of the use of advanced techniques and materials on the transport and operational characteristics of roads and road safety. And it is also possible to compare these parameters with similar ones – on sections of roads repaired using traditional technologies. Since the beginning of the year, an assessment of almost 22 thousand kilometers of roadway has been carried out.
The objects where work is only being carried out also do not remain without the attention of the institute's experts. Branches continue to monitor the quality of road works. Employees of the Vladimir office visited several sections of roads where new technologies are used. In particular, during the repair of Sakharovsky highway in Tver, the top layer of asphalt concrete pavement it is performed from SHCHMA-20. In the Novgorod region, the roads Savino-Selishchi and Okulovka-Lyubytino use the SHMA-8. At the last stage, the work has already been completed, the cores have been selected for further study in the laboratory.
The Far Eastern branch has already received the results of a study of several samples taken earlier. 31 samples of the source material were studied in the laboratory. 30 of them have successfully passed quality control, they meet the requirements of contracts, regulatory and technical documentation. The selection of materials was carried out at 12 sites in the Jewish Autonomous Region, Khabarovsk and Primorsky Krai. In addition, samples of ready-made asphalt concrete mixtures are being tested.
The Voronezh division is also continuing to take samples of raw materials and samples from road structures. In particular, images of materials taken on the Ryazan-Spassk-Ryazansky-Lakash road under repair and the section of the M-6 Kaspiy-Gryaznoye-Pozdnoye highway will be tested in the laboratory.
Volgograd specialists performing a similar task, We inspected several road sections being repaired and overhauled in Astrakhan. Among them are the Airport highway and a section of Kulikov Street. The experts of the Perm branch, in addition to sampling at the facilities of Tatarstan, assessed the competence of several laboratory services: the testing laboratory of the State Institution "Glavtatdortrans", LLC "Interdistrict Road Construction Management-1", LLC "Central City Architectural and Construction Laboratory".
Siberian specialists also checked several laboratory services and visited the road work sites themselves in the Novosibirsk region. In particular, sections of Parkhomenko and Severnaya streets.
Recall that the quality audit is carried out at all stages of road works. In 2020, experts are tasked with inspecting more than 350 sites across the country.
