Experts of the Far Eastern branch of ROSDORNIA checked the quality of road works at the facilities of the national project "Safe Quality Roads" in the Amur region.
The audit was conducted at the following facilities: Blagoveshchensk – Svobodny, Blagoveshchensk – Gomelevka highways (three sections), Lenin and Gorky Streets in Blagoveshchensk, as well as Novaya and Vasilenko streets in the village of Chigiri.
– The peculiarity of the trip was that the region experienced a severe flood and work on a number of facilities was suspended, – said Alexander Mazur, head of the Quality audit and implementation of new technologies Department of the Far Eastern Branch of ROSDORNIA. – Now contractors are making maximum efforts to deliver the facilities on time.
Work has already been completed on all three sections of the Blagoveshchensk – Gomelevka highway, where specialists of the Far Eastern Branch carried out measurements of the width of the carriageway, transverse slopes, and evenness of the pavement. We checked the correspondence of the coefficients of retroreflection and retroreflection of road markings using a reflectometer.
The completion date for the reconstruction of the Blagoveshchensk – Svobodny highway section is from 47 to 63 km – October 2022. In this regard, the main type of work this year is the construction of the roadbed. Here, the specialists of the scientific institute checked the quality of soil compaction using a static density meter.
At the objects of the urban agglomeration, experts monitored compliance with the rules of fencing sites and the technology of work, the completeness and quality of executive documentation, and also took samples of asphalt concrete.
