On September 15-17, the 34th session of the Working Group on Transport Trends and Economics (WP.5) The United Nations Economic Commission for Europe.
On behalf of ROSDORNIA, Denis Bublik, Deputy Head of the Pricing Department, and Mikhail Ivannikov, Head of the Data Processing and Analysis Department of the Pricing Department, participated in the event.
During the UNECE session, the staff of ROSDORNIA presented a report on the work and future plans of the Institute for monitoring the cost of construction of one kilometer of highways, the cost of price-forming resources and the provision of the regions of the Russian Federation with resources necessary for the implementation of construction activities in the road sector. Particular attention was paid to the Resource Map software platform being created, within the framework of which further monitoring and aggregation of data in this area will be carried out. This information will be available to a wide range of users in the future.
The heads of the UNECE working group highly appreciated the report of the representatives of ROSDORNIA and noted that the institute's developments are promising and interesting the international community in terms of understanding the specifics of pricing in Russia and making further contacts in this area within the framework of the working group.
Also at the event, representatives of ROSDORNIA highlighted the issue of an international conference planned jointly with the UNECE on climate impact assessment and adaptation for inland transport, which is scheduled to be held in Moscow on November 15-16, 2021.
Experts and the secretariat of the Working Party on Transport Trends and Economics (WP.5) The United Nations Economic Commission for Europe noted the importance of ROSDORNIA's activities, and also expressed interest in participating in an international conference in Russia.
