Specialists of the FAA "ROSDORNIA" go to the objects of road works, which are carried out within the framework of the national project "Safe and high-quality highways".
FAA "ROSDORNII" continues to carry out the first stage of monitoring (audit) of the quality of road works on the territory of all subjects of the country. It includes the analysis of documentation, qualifications of personnel involved in road construction activities, as well as conducting selective sampling of raw materials. To do this, employees of the quality audit departments and the introduction of new technologies of the branches of the FAA "ROSDORNIA" go directly to the sites of future work, including visiting asphalt concrete plants in order to check their readiness. When performing the task, all the necessary anti-epidemic requirements are met.
So, on Monday, April 13, specialists of the Ural branch visited 2 facilities in the Sverdlovsk region, where repairs are planned. The purpose of the trip is to take photographs of areas with obvious characteristic defects before the start of work. On the plot the Aramil – Fomino highway is 1,152 km long. It is planned to mill the existing pavement on the road itself and bus stops, the device of the leveling and upper layers of the pavement, the marking will be made with road paint with glass balls. The second object is a reinforced concrete bridge crossing of Aramil – Bolshoy Istok village across the Iset River, built in 1995. It is planned to carry out a large amount of repair work. At the same time, new technologies and materials will be applied when repairing load-bearing structures, installing waterproofing, installing expansion joints and painting structures. For example, waterproofing will be made of bitumen-polymer material "Mostoplast" with a service life of at least 20 years.
Over the past two weeks, specialists of the Voronezh branch have monitored the quality of road works at 3 facilities in the Voronezh region (sections of the Voronezh-Lugansk - P.G.T. "Khokholsky" highways in the Khokholsky district, "Anna–Bobrov" in the Bobrovsky district and M-4 "Don" in the Buturlinovsky district), including samples of samples of materials for laboratory tests were taken. Also in the Tambov region as part of the first stage quality monitoring (audit) experts visited two facilities where repair work has not yet started.

Asphalt concrete plants were also checked by specialists of the Volgograd branch. Also among the objects where quality monitoring was carried out is a section of IM Street. Specialists inspected the facility and got acquainted with the traffic management project. In Volzhsky, one of the objects for a selective audit of the quality of road works was the road bridge complex as part of the Volga hydroelectric power station.
Specialists will monitor (audit) the quality at all stages of the work. Inspections will continue after the completion of road repairs (major repairs, reconstruction, construction). The third stage, among other things, includes photographing and analyzing construction control reporting materials.
