The decision was made following a meeting in Yoshkar-Ola. Representatives of the FAA "ROSDORNIA" and the Ministry of Transport of the Republic took part in it.
The meeting with the Acting Minister of Transport of the Republic of Mari El Alexander Zhelonkin was devoted to the interaction between the institute and the region. Also, the delegation of the FAA "ROSDORNIA", which included the deputy director for organizational activities of the BCC Yuri Belyaev and the chief engineer of the department for the organization of production monitoring Aldar Abramov, visited a number of facilities. The participants of the working trip got acquainted with the equipment of the laboratory of the State Institution of the Republic of Mari El "MARIISKAVTODOR" and examined the roads repaired in 2019 with and without the use of new and best technologies.
Representatives of the Institute and the Republic, following the results of the visit and inspection, came to the conclusion that it was necessary to increase the equipment of contractors and the customer service of road works, strengthen the personnel of road workers in the region. The monitoring of the performance of the indicators of the national project will be strengthened by the FAA "ROSDORNIA". The Institute will also provide consulting and methodological support.
