Specialists of the North Caucasus branch of the FAA "ROSDORNIA" complete a three-week working visit
Experts of the Department of quality audit and introduction of new technologies over the past three weeks, within the framework of the national project "Safe and high-quality highways", visited two brigades in the Chechen, Kabardino-Balkarian and Karachay–Cherkess republics, in the Republic of Ingushetia, Dagestan and North Ossetia-Alania.
Specialists of the North Caucasus branch conducted visits to the objects of the national project – roads of both regional and local significance. We talked about monitoring the quality of road works at a number of facilities in the Chechen and Karachay-Cherkess republics earlier.
Last week, representatives of the FAA "ROSDORNIA" checked the quality of road works in the city of Argun of the Chechen Republic on the street Dagestan. Specialists of the branch measured the evenness and thickness of the upper layer of the road surface, carried out measurements of longitudinal and transverse slopes, selected cores (samples) from ready-made structures. We visited the asphalt concrete plant of LLC "Adlan and A", checked the storage locations construction materials and samples were taken.
Note that this road is of great importance for local residents, because it is the only road leading to the city.
In the Republic of Ingushetia, experts conducted a quality audit at reconstruction facilities: Nazran-Gamurzievo andNazran-Grozny (a section of the highway is being reconstructed as part of the 2nd stage).
The auditors assessed the geometric parameters of the road surface, took samples of asphalt concrete mixture, and also took cores from road structures.
The customer of these objects is Ingushavtodor.
In the Republic of North Ossetia – Alania, specialists visited the streetsThe Shchukin brothers andKirov. Samples from the road structure and raw materials were taken for testing in the laboratory at the asphalt concrete plant of Vertical LLC and Remstroy LLC, and measurements of the evenness of the roadway were also carried out.
InKarachay-Cherkess Republic the objects of the audit were three sections of roads at once, where reconstruction is being carried out: Cherkessk – Khabez – Entrance to the MCO "Arkhyz"; Deiskoe – Nizhny Kurp – Border to the RSO "Alania" and Babugent – Bezengi. During the trip, the specialists checked the laboratory services of the contracting organization, visited asphalt concrete plants that supply the mixture for road works; checked the storage sites of construction materials, and also took cores for subsequent testing of samples in the laboratory.
Then the experts went to the Republic of Dagestan. The schedule is very tight, there are many important objects in the list for the region. For example, one of these is the Mamrash – Tashkapur – Arakan Bridge highway, which passes through the territory of 7 municipal districts and is of great strategic importance for the development of the subject: it provides transport, cultural, economic and economic links between Kulinsky and Lak districts and with the capital of the Republic, and is also an alternative a route connecting the center of Dagestan with its southern part.
On the same day, the specialists had to travel more than 200 kilometers from Makhachkala to the southernmost part of Russia – to the border zone with Azerbaijan, the border with the neighboring country passes only 500 meters from the plant of the contractor organization that supplies materials for road repairsMamrash – Tashkapur – Arakan Bridge.
For the employees of the contracting organization, the experts held a small lecture on improving the quality of work and the introduction of new technologies.
After visiting the asphalt plant and the facility where all the necessary measurements were made and samples were taken, the specialists went to the site for the reconstruction of the highwayMakhachkala - Buinaksk - Levashi - Upper Gunib, 3 km long.
The auditors checked the customer service of the State Enterprise RD DAGDORCONTROL and the contracting organization LLC GIDROSTROY 28, visited the asphalt concrete plant. The contractor's representatives have the opportunity to work with the most advanced technologies (the plant has five bunkers for working with material from narrow fractions). Samples of building materials were also taken.
Upon completion of monitoring the quality of road works, specialists of the North Caucasus branch went to Rostov-on-Don, where a desk check of documentation and laboratory tests of selected road construction materials will be carried out. The results of the inspections after the test samples in the laboratory and recommendations will be transmitted to all participants of road works.
