A new branch has been established in Orenburg region and the nearest subjects of the Russian Federation to carry out these and other works to fulfill the tasks of the national project "Safe and high-quality Highways".
The branches of the FAA "ROSDORNIA", which perform the functions of an Industry-wide competence Center, have started the 1st stage of selective monitoring of the quality of road works. Requests for information are sent to the regions. The subjects of the Federation must provide a calendar plan for the production of works, maps of the location of sites and information about asphalt concrete plants. The answers have already begun to arrive.
So, in the Voronezh region, the start of repair of a number of facilities is scheduled for April. For example, it is planned to start milling the section of the highway "M-4 "Don" – Malaya Privalovka – Lipetsk region" from km. 22+104 to km. 26+778. This is the Novousmansky district. And in the Bobrovsky district on the site "M-4 "Don" – Bobrov – Talovaya – Novokhopersk" in the second spring month, it is planned to carry out work on the elimination of track and other irregularities by the method of cold regeneration of old structural layers. By the way, this is one of the technologies that is included in the Register of new and best technologies, materials and technological solutions for repeated use.
Based on information from approved regional projects and information on the use of the best technologies, materials and technological solutions for reuse, the branches of the FAA "ROSDORNIA" continue to select sites for the audit of the quality of road works.
As part of the selective quality monitoring (audit), specialists will analyze and improve the technical competence of all participants in the road construction process, will conduct laboratory quality control of the materials and structures used, check the compliance of the quality of work with the established requirements and compliance with the technology of work, will evaluate the organization and conduct of construction control. One of the main objectives of quality monitoring (audit) is to collect, analyze and communicate to all interested participants of the activities within the framework of the federal project "Road Network" of the national project "Safe and High-quality Highways" information on the quality of road construction work. Availability of objective reliable data on the quality of road works within the framework of the implementation of the federal project "Road Network" is necessary for the overall improvement of the level of reliability and safety of highways and is the basis for making effective management decisions. Such work will be carried out by the new Orenburg branch. Its creation is already enshrined in the Charter of the FAA "ROSDORNIA".
In addition to monitoring the quality of road works, the new branch (as well as the existing eight) will perform other tasks as part of an Industry-wide Competence Center. One of such tasks is to carry out selective diagnostics of highways included in the national project "BKAD", which allows to assess the degree of achievement of the target indicators of the normative state. The branches will also carry out selective diagnostics of road sections using new and best technologies, materials and technological solutions for reuse.
