On October 14, 2021, a scientific and practical conference was held in Sochi "National Project "Safe high-quality roads" – the way to create a comfortable urban environment: Successes. Challenges. Prospects". Before it began, a meeting of the Board of the Federal Road Agency was held with the participation of representatives of the Main Directorate for Road Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and members of the Board of the Avtodor Group of Companies. The work of the Board of the FDA and the conference was attended by the Director General of the FAA "ROSDORNII" Stanislav Naboko and the Deputy Director General Pavel Bryukhov.
The main topics of the meeting of the Board of the FDA were road safety, measures to reduce accidents on the roads and measures to achieve national goals provided for by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 204 of 07.05.2018.
The participants of the scientific and practical conference reviewed practices and projects within the framework of the implementation of the national project and federal projects in its composition, discussed the prospects for creating a comfortable urban environment. Pavel Bryukhov, Deputy Director General of ROSDORNIA, made a report on "Monitoring the implementation of road programs of the subjects of the Russian Federation within the framework of the activities of the Industry-wide Competence Center".
The BCC was created in the summer of 2019 on the basis of ROSDORNIA. Its task is to monitor the reform of the industry and the main indicators of the implementation of the national project, to promote the introduction of new materials and technologies for the construction, repair and maintenance of highways. The BCC unites the efforts of the state, business and the expert community to introduce the latest technologies, collects data on the effectiveness of the materials used, promotes the development of the scientific and technological base, the system of national standards and professional training of specialists. During its existence, the BCC has become a platform for a broad dialogue between all subjects of the industry, public, commercial, scientific and regulatory organizations.
The conference was attended by representatives of the leadership of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, associations "RADOR" and "R.O.S.ASPHALT", heads of federal subjects and municipalities, representatives of federal and regional industry structures and road enterprises.
