A meeting of the board of the Federal Road Agency was held in Kursk on May 28, during which, under the chairmanship of the head of the FDA Roman Novikov, issues of the formation and implementation of road activity programs were considered. The large-scale event, the first after the lifting of restrictions in connection with the coronavirus pandemic, was attended by representatives of institutions subordinate to Rosavtodor.
General Director of the FAA "ROSDORNII"Stanislav Naboko made a report in which he highlighted the activities of the institute, which is an industry Competence Center for all conceptual areas of work in the road industry. ROSDORNIA is responsible for the development of a reference network of highways and SKDF, work on the creation of the Concept of a national network of ITS. At the same time, according to Stanislav Naboko, the specialists of his institution are developing resource-technological models (RTM) to calculate the indices of changes in the estimated cost of construction and reconstruction of roads. The Director General of the Road Institute noted that ROSDORNII is open to cooperation with all Federal State Institutions for the implementation of joint projects.
