The issues of cooperation between activists of the All-Russian Popular Front and experts of the FAA "ROSDORNIA" within the framework of the national project "Safe and high-quality highways" were discussed at the congress of the ONF last week.
During the discussions, the methods of work of the ONF on monitoring the implementation of the May Decrees of the President of Russia were considered. On the thematic platform "Safe and high-quality highways", the participation of ONF activists in the implementation of the activities of the passport of the national project "BCAD" was determined. The subgroup "Efficiency of budget spending in the road industry" discussed the formation of federal, regional and local budgets of road funds, generalized methods of public control over their spending. It was found that information about road funds is in many sources, and therefore ONF activists sometimes have difficulties in collecting them. The co-moderator of the site, Igor Sukhov, proposed to supplement the public system of control over the formation and use of road funds of all levels (SKDF) created by the FAA "ROSDORNII" under the leadership of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation. Also, representatives of the ONF were included in the Public Council of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and the structure of the Industry-wide Competence Center for New Materials and Technologies for the construction, repair and maintenance of highways.
