The competition is held with the support of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. The purpose of the open All–Russian competition is to identify promising managers with leadership qualities and managerial competencies.
Anyone under the age of 55 can apply for free participation. The main condition is the presence of managerial experience and the desire to work and live in Russia (for foreigners).
During the competition, participants have the opportunity to undergo a comprehensive assessment of their professional and leadership competencies, get to know the most successful Russian managers and work with them in tandem. The winners receive educational grants, the opportunity to join the state program for the development of the managerial personnel reserve.
Mikhail Kukhtin, Chief Specialist of the Design Methods Department of the Federal State Enterprise "ROSDORNIA", took part in the "Leaders of Russia" competition this year and reached the regional semifinals held in St. Petersburg from February 7 to 9, 2020.
