Specialists of the Voronezh branch of ROSDORNIA carry out diagnostics of highways in the Voronezh, Lipetsk and Tula regions as part of the implementation of the priority national project "Safe and High-quality Roads".
A special laboratory equipped with computer equipment and radars examines the roadway according to the main indicators: the presence of defects and the evenness of the coating for compliance with the international index. Convenience, safety, speed of movement of cars, as well as transportation costs, fuel consumption and cost of transportation depend on these indicators.
Specialists of the Voronezh branch of ROSDORNIA are working both on the repaired sites and on those not scheduled for repair this year.
According to Alexander Minakov, head of the diagnostics department of the Voronezh branch of ROSDORNIA, in total they will have to examine about a thousand kilometers of roads commissioned by state authorities and local self-government bodies.
