On December 3, 2021, employees of the North Caucasus branch of ROSDORNIA held a career guidance event in Sochi in the field of road management for students of the Automobile and road College. In addition to students, teachers and representatives of the parent committee took part in the event.
Elena Shemshura, Head of the Department of Scientific and Technical Development of ROSDORNIA, Candidate of Technical Sciences, spoke about the achievements of road management in recent years, including new equipment and technologies used in the industry, as well as about the prospects of higher education in the areas of training bachelors, masters and specialists in the field of road management.
Students were presented with a list of higher educational institutions in the Southern and North Caucasus Federal Districts that train students in the field of road management and acquainted with the advantages of potential employment places.
In addition, students, staff and guests of the college were presented with video materials about the Cyclos wheel load simulator for conducting accelerated tests of road clothes and about the universal road laboratory for continuous non-stop diagnostics of highways "Eskandor".
The career guidance event was held in order to increase the rating of road education and attract young and talented specialists to the road industry.
According to the results of the meeting, the staff of the North Caucasus branch of ROSDORNIA conducted a survey, which showed the interest of college students in obtaining new competencies and in continuing further education for higher education.
