The database of new and best practices of road construction was presented at the conference "Problems of organization of repair and reconstruction of small and medium-sized bridge structures".
The second day of the conference in Astrakhan was devoted to modern trends in the design and construction of bridges, quality control of work, innovative materials. This is a series of seminars, with a report made by representatives of the scientific community and construction companies. The register of new and best technologies, materials and technological solutions for reuse was presented by Vitaly Mironyuk, Deputy Director for Science of the FAU "ROSDORNII".
The register, we recall, was put into operation at the end of 2019. The formation and maintenance of the information system is carried out by the FAA "ROSDORNII". This is a publicly available resource with data on the most modern technologies of the road industry. The use of technologies from the Register is provided for by the national project "Safe and high-quality Highways". In 2024, the share of contracts concluded by the participants of the national project using solutions from the digital database should be 80%.
Vitaly Mironyuk spoke about how technologies are included in the Register – in two stages, including consideration of materials by the Expert Council of the Industry-wide Competence Center.
The speaker also presented the structure of the Register to the audience. Currently, the database contains the following sections: technologies that are used in construction, repairs and maintenance of highways; structural elements; materials that are used in the construction, repair and maintenance of highways; manufacturers and suppliers of materials and equipment; regulatory, technical and methodological documents. Currently, work is underway to expand the list of sections.
Currently, 305 technologies have been entered into the Register, 163 design solutions, data on 75 manufacturers and more than 300 documents have been uploaded. The speaker demonstrated how information about loaded positions is displayed in the Registry. For example, the manufacturer's card contains registration data, contact information, product information, and developed documents. Similar productions are also indicated. "For convenience, the manufacturer's address is linked by a card, which makes it easier to choose the use of a particular technology and the application of the material", – Vitaly Mironyuk told.
