Specialists of the Perm branch made a working visit as part of the second stage of the audit
Selective monitoring (audit) of the quality of road works is carried out in the Ulyanovsk region from August 11 to 14 within the framework of the national project "Safe and high-quality Highways". Specialists of the Perm branch of the FAA "ROSDORNIA" as experts of the Industry-wide Competence Center visited a number of objects of the national project and took samples of fresh pavement.
One of the objects of the audit was the reconstruction of the roundabout in Inza.
"As part of the audit, using the equipment of the road laboratory, we select cores from road structures. Then the samples will be sent to a testing laboratory to determine the physical and mechanical properties. During the inspection, we pay attention to both the correctness of the documentation and compliance with safety requirements in the organization of work, and the quality of raw materials, compliance with the declared technology, organization of construction control," said the head of the quality audit department and the introduction of new technologies of the Perm branch of the FAA ROSDORNIINikolai Volchenkov.
Also specialists visited an asphalt concrete plant that supplies materials for road works. It should be noted that the reconstruction is carried out using technology from the list of new and best – cold regeneration of layers of pavement.
"Local materials are used at all stages of the work. A railing made of composite materials, as well as LED lighting will be installed around the perimeter of the roundabout. At the moment, work has been carried out on the installation of the base and lower layer of asphalt concrete pavement, sidewalks with tactile tiles. Now the curb stone is being arranged. We started work in April, we plan to complete it by the end of September," said the director of the contracting organization LLC "Inzhdorstroy"Vladimir Paramonov.
The auditors did not reveal any significant comments during the inspection, the results of core tests will be sent to the customer of road works, recommendations will be issued if necessary.
