In Krasnoyarsk, selective diagnostics and assessment of the technical condition of highways are carried out for the first time – using a new road laboratory.
Conducting a selective assessment of the technical condition of road sections is one of the tasks of the national project "Safe and High–quality Highways". It is performed by the FAA "ROSDORNII" as an Industry-wide competence Center. Branches of the institution carry out two types of assessment of the technical condition of sections of highways: a sample survey to confirm the target indicators of compliance with regulatory requirements and a sample diagnosis of sections using new and best technologies after commissioning. The state of the facilities is also being monitored, where work was carried out in 2019 using new and best technologies to analyze the dynamics of changes in the state of the sites. To fulfill these tasks, within the framework of the national project "BCAD", the FAA "ROSDORNII" is updating the equipment of diagnostic departments, it is planned that in 2020 the total number of modern universal mobile road laboratories in the branches will reach 11 units.

Specialists of the Siberian branch conducted a selective assessment of the technical condition of road sections to confirm the target indicators of compliance with regulatory requirements: the data obtained from the results of diagnostics by the FAA "ROSDORNIA" will be compared with the results of diagnostics carried out by the subjects of the Russian Federation to confirm the achievement of targets. Compliance of the condition of highways with regulatory requirements is assessed based on 2 parameters: longitudinal evenness and absence of defects of the carriageway, which meets the requirements of the Passport of the national project of the BCAD.
A wider range of measurements is used when monitoring of facilities where work was carried out using new technologies (included in the Register of new and best technologies, materials and technological solutions for reuse), selective diagnostics of sites using new technologies after commissioning and, for comparison of indicators, sites using traditional technologies and materials. The whole range of measurements is available in the new road laboratories. These are measurements of geometric parameters of highways, assessment of the condition of the evenness and rut of the pavement, fixation and determination of types of defects of the pavement, assessment of the strength of the pavement, collection of GPS coordinates of the surveyed roads, video shooting.
The technical condition of the site with the use of new and best technologies, for example, was evaluated this week in the Perm branch. Specialists carried out diagnostics of the site where, during work at the end of 2019, the technology of using recycled asphalt concrete and the technology of laying layers of crushed-mastic asphalt concrete were used. The results of the assessment will be transmitted to the representatives of the road works customer, as well as sent to the Ministry of Transport. Of the Russian Federation.
