The meeting of the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Karpov and representatives of the Industry-wide Competence Center on new materials and technologies for the construction, repair and maintenance of automobiles took place on August 22.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged information on the current performance indicators of the national project "Safe and High-quality Highways" and discussed the most important issues of effective implementation of the BCAD. Special attention was paid to the issues of joint solutions to transport problems, the development of the road transport infrastructure of the Republic, improving the level of training of specialized specialists.
Sergey Karpov noted the importance of developing cooperation with the Industry-wide Competence Center created on the basis of the FAU "ROSDORNIA". It has been agreed to conduct a number of field events of employees and experts of the BCC in the Republic to conduct selective diagnostics and monitoring of the quality of work performed within the framework of the BCAD at the sites of the introduction of new technologies.
As a result of the meeting, the key areas of cooperation in which the CCC will provide advisory assistance were identified To the Republic in order to increase the efficiency of the execution of the national project and road activities in general.
The industry-wide Competence Center (BCC) was launched on the basis of the FAA "ROSDORNIA" in the summer of 2019. The BCC unites the efforts of the state, business and the expert community to introduce the latest technologies, consolidate information on the effectiveness of the materials used, develop the scientific and technological base and the system of national standards, and improve the level of professional training of specialized specialists. In its work, the BCC pays special attention to interaction with the subjects of the Russian Federation within the framework of the implementation of the national BCAD project.
