The experts of the Scientific Institute continue regular working visits to the regions of the Russian Federation to assess the quality of the work carried out and consult contractors. Recently, specialists from the Perm branch of ROSDORNIA visited the Kirov Region, the Udmurt Republic and the Komi Republic.
In the Komi Republic, the Road Works Quality Monitoring Department inspected the repair of a small bypass road. The specialists analyzed the design and executive documentation, checked the progress of work and the organization of traffic. The experts visited the customer's laboratory, where they inspected the equipment, checked the availability of all necessary documents.
In the Kirov region, the working group visited three sites – the Kirov– Sovetsk–Yaransk roads with access to the city of Yaransk, Kirov–Kirovo-Chepetsk – Zuevka – Falenki on the border with the Udmurt Republic, as well as the Vyatka tract in Slobodskoye. Documentation was studied at all facilities, the progress of work and the inserted traffic pattern were checked.
On the eve of the experts of the branch of the FAA "ROSDORNIA" returned from a trip to the Udmurt Republic. In the regional capital, Izhevsk, they are currently repairing a section of Voroshilov Street. Work is also taking place on a section of the Izhevsk – Uva – Kapustino highway, a bypass of Izhevsk and Melnikov Street in Sarapul.
It should be recalled that monitoring the quality of road works is one of the tasks that the FAA ROSDORNII performs as an Industry–wide competence Center. Working trips across the country allow real-time assessment of the picture of the implementation of the national project "Safe High-quality Roads". In the course of their work, experts use special equipment and mobile laboratory complexes.
