Monitoring (audit) of the quality of road works is also ongoing.
Recall that within the framework of the federal project "Road Network" of the national project "Safe and high-quality Highways", the branches of the FAA "ROSDORNIA" are carrying out work on a selective assessment of the technical condition (diagnostics) of highways, including areas of application of new and best technologies. Since the beginning of the season, according to data on 29.04, experts have conducted an assessment on almost 4544 kilometers of roads. Of these, more than 1,000 kilometers are in the Volgograd region.
Basically, work is currently underway to assess the technical condition of the sections to confirm the achievement of the target indicators of compliance of roads with regulatory requirements. The examination is carried out according to two parameters: longitudinal evenness and absence of defects of the roadway.
So, in Krasnoyarsk and the surrounding area for a week and a half, the specialists of the Siberian branch examined 6 sections of city streets and 3 sections of regional roads – a total of almost 150 kilometers.
At this time, the specialists of the quality audit departments and the introduction of new technologies of the branches are busy with another important task assigned to The industry–wide competence center - selective monitoring (audit) of the quality of road works. Experts check the quality of preparation for road works in 2020, and also monitor repairs where it has already begun. Employees of branches receive work schedules, analyze documentation, including design estimates and traffic management plans during repairs, major repairs and reconstruction. And, of course, they go to the facilities, including for sampling.
So, the specialists of the Volgograd branch in the period from April 22 to April 29 made a number of visits to the objects of the Astrakhan region, including a section of Kulikov Street in Astrakhan and the bridge over the Kigach river that is being overhauled. The experts also visited an asphalt concrete plant that supplies material for the repair of a section of the Razdor – Kaspiy road. In the Saratov region, specialists made a trip to the section of the Saratov – Teplovka – Bazarny Karabulak – Baltai road.
Employees of the Voronezh branch during the same period selected cores at the facility in Tambov and made a trip to the Lipetsk region. A mixture of asphalt concrete was selected for the coating device, as well as samples of crushed stone and sand used for the reconstruction of the Lipetsk – Dankov highway section were taken. At the Lipetsk – Oktyabrskoye – Usman facility, experts selected cores from the laid asphalt concrete pavement and checked the agreed scheme for organizing two-lane traffic in the road works area.
Specialists of the Far Eastern branch conducted a visit to the facilities in Komsomolsk-on-Amur: sections of Mira Avenue and Pobedy Avenue. Employees of the Ural branch, as part of the preparatory stage of quality monitoring, took photographs of sites before the start of work at two facilities in the Chelyabinsk region: Kunashak – Ust-Bagaryak, including a bypass of the village of Ust-Bagaryak (major repairs are planned); University embankment from Molodogvardeytsev St. to the bridge of Severo-Krymskaya St. (repairs are planned).
All data obtained as a result of selective diagnostics of road sections and selective monitoring (audit) of the quality of road works will be sent to participants in the road activities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, as well as to Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.
