The database of the best practices of the country's road industry became available to everyone at the end of January. To date, about 1200 users have registered on the Internet platform. The FAA "ROSDORNII" receives applications from organizations for the inclusion of technologies (materials, structures) in the RNNT
Recall that the Register of new and best technologies, materials and technological solutions for reuse is a database with a web interface, which includes a complete list of information necessary for inclusion in the design documentation of a specific design, technology or material (brief description, technical description, specification, drawings, regulatory and technical documentation, certification documents The formation and maintenance of the RNNT (the task assigned to the FAA "ROSDORNII") is part of a set of measures provided for by the federal project "System-wide measures for the development of the road economy", which is part of the national project "Safe and high–quality Highways", and aimed at expanding the application in the subjects RF of new and best available technologies and materials. The use of RNNT is mandatory for all 83 regions participating in the national project "Safe and High–quality Highways".
The point of growth.
Now there are 305 technologies in the Register, as well as 162 designs and 310 regulatory documents of the road industry. Before entering into the Register of technology (material, construction), the generated applications go through several stages of consideration, including an assessment by the Expert Council of the Industry-wide Competence Center of the FAA "ROSDORNII". Currently, about 260 applications received from 64 organizations are undergoing this procedure.
The largest number of applications received from these organizations concerns proposals for inclusion in the Register of geosynthetic materials, artificial lighting elements, noise screens and fences, as well as modifying additives in bitumen and asphalt concrete mixture.
They took it into service.
In 2020, at least 20% of government contracts should use the technologies, structures and materials included in the Register. Now data on what best practices the regions will apply when implementing the national project continues to arrive. As of April 1, 77 subjects of the Russian Federation provided information on the planned works using the RNNT positions. Introduction of new and best technologies (materials, structures) they are going to hold on 1009 sections of highways. Currently, some of the contracts are being concluded.
It is already possible to draw a conclusion about the large-scale application of new standards that establish progressive requirements and testing methods for asphalt concrete mixtures and asphalt concrete. The most widely planned application during the work on the overhaul and repair of highways is the technology of designing mixtures that meet the requirements of PNST 184-2019 "Public roads. Mixtures of asphalt concrete road and asphalt concrete. Technical specifications" and crushed-mastic asphalt concrete mixtures that meet the requirements of PNST 183-2019 "Public roads. Mixtures of asphalt concrete road and asphalt concrete crushed stone-mastic. Technical conditions". The requirements for the raw materials used in the production of these mixtures are harmonized with the standards that make up the evidence base of the technical regulations of the Customs Union "Road safety". Thus, the use of technology for the device of coating layers of crushed-mastic asphalt concrete SCHMA 16 according to PNST 183 is planned at 78 sites in 18 regions, and the use of technology for the device of pavement layers of asphalt concrete A 16 VN according to PNST 184 – at 128 sites in 13 regions. In total, in 2020, it is planned to lay asphalt-concrete mixtures according to PNST 184 at 335 sites and crushed stone-mastic mixtures according to PNST 183 at 152 sites.
In addition, it is planned to use asphalt concrete mixtures and crushed-mastic asphalt concrete mixtures designed according to the methodology of volumetric and functional design and meeting the requirements of GOST R 58401.1-2019 "Public roads. Mixtures of asphalt concrete road and asphalt concrete. The system of volumetric and functional design. Technical requirements" and GOST R 58401.2-2019 "Public roads. Mixtures of asphalt concrete road and asphalt concrete crushed stone-mastic. The system of volumetric and functional design. Technical requirements".
Application of the specified The standards will ensure an increase in the quality of the manufactured mixtures, which in turn will affect the increase in the service life of coatings.
Also, the subjects of the Russian Federation plan to use adhesive, stabilizing and composite additives in bitumen and asphalt concrete mixtures. Information about plans for their use was provided by 9 regions for 100 sites.
In total, the regions provided information about plans for the use in the first quarter of 2020 of about 65 different technologies included in the Register of New and best technologies, materials and technological solutions for reuse.
Also, much attention is paid by the subjects of the Russian Federation to the use of recycled asphalt concrete. The technology, which reduces the cost of road repairs and reduces the time of work, as well as saving materials due to their reuse, is planned to be implemented by 18 regions on 120 sites.
To improve the quality of work on laying the coating layers, it is planned to use bitumen-polymer docking tapes during the repair of coating layers – at 123 sites in 16 regions.
It is planned to use the technology of laying geosynthetic materials in the base and pavement covering – 13 subjects on 57 sites. The effect of the application, depending on the type of geosynthetic material, is to increase the stability of the roadbed, prevent erosion of the embankment, increase the crack resistance of the coating, and, ultimately, increase the repair time.
Among the new and best technologies for the construction of artificial structures, the use of metal corrugated structures should be highlighted. These technologies are planned to be used in 9 subjects at 54 sites.
As part of improving road safety, new constructions of road barriers are planned to be used in 3 subjects on 3 sites; the use of lighting devices with increased performance characteristics in 5 subjects on 18 sites.
Due to the introduction of the best solutions from RNNT in the subjects of the Russian Federation within the framework of the national project "BCAD", it is planned to achieve a socio-economic effect, which is associated with an increase in the durability of road clothes, the use of new energy and resource-saving technologies, the use of re- the use of materials, as well as improving road safety.
