Specialists of organizations in the region have completed training within the framework of the national road project.
A solemn presentation of certificates of advanced training to graduates of the Advanced Training System for Road workers took place in Kursk. Recall that it is being implemented within the framework of the national project "Safe and high-quality highways". In 2020, training in 13 additional professional programs was launched.
Programs in remote form were available to all employees of road and transport organizations. It was possible to master several courses at once.
The road workers of the Kursk region have chosen all 13 programs to study. Moreover, courses on new technologies and quality control have become the most popular in the region.
Most of the students (13 people) have mastered the program dedicated to the construction of coating layers using asphalt concrete mixtures designed by the volumetric-functional method. Recall that this is a priority technology that extends the service life of the road. In 2020, the Kursk Region implemented it as a pilot region.
More than half of the "graduates" have completed training on the use of the Register of new and best technologies, materials, technological solutions for reuse. Kursk road workers also paid great attention to the programs "National Project "Safe and high-quality highways". Introductory course" and "Quality control (monitoring) when performing road works on public roads of regional significance".
Completing the top five programs popular with Kursk road workers is a course dedicated to technologies for increasing the service life of highways.
In addition, the list includes programs dedicated to the System of Control over the formation and use of Road Funds (SKDF), current legal issues of road activity and issues of determining the cost of road repairs, means of organizing and ensuring road safety, modifications of organic binders, the use of information modeling technology in road construction, principles of creation and application intelligent transport systems.

These are employees of the Regional Committee of Transport and Highways, the Committee for the Construction and Operation of Highways of the Kursk Region, LLC "Management of Capital Construction and Design", JSC "Medvedenskoe Road Maintenance Enterprise".
It is worth noting that the Kursk region is among the record holders in the number of mastered programs per specialist.
