On March 17-18 in Astrakhan, within the framework of the Quality Day of the FKU Updor"Caspian", a seminar on advanced training on the topic: "Technology of regeneration-soil stabilization, technology of cold recycling of asphalt concrete pavement".
Vladimir Martinson, Chief Adviser to the General Director of ROSDORNIA, spoke about changes and additions to the construction control procedure and the regulation of execution of executive documentation at road facilities.
The specialist's report also dealt with commissioning and construction control, the composition of work and the procedure for conducting operational control, the composition and content of the general work log, evaluation criteria and measurement results of the evenness and transverse slope of the top layer of the coating. Issues such as the requirements for the acceptance control of reinforced concrete products for culverts, the content of the main executive documentation, the main forms of production and technical executive documentation were analyzed.
The executive documentation includes the contractor's in-house documents containing all the necessary information about the road construction works performed, as well as the materials and structures used at the facility.
The mandatory conditions for the acceptance of certain types of work include compliance of the materials, structures and products used with the established requirements; elimination of defects and violations noted in the journals of work and author supervision and construction control regulations; availability of a set of necessary executive documentation.
