On behalf of ROSDORNIA, the conference was attended by Olga Karaseva, Head of the Pricing Department, Olga Vorobyova, Adviser to the Deputy General Director, and Vitaly Mironyuk, Deputy Head of the Information Technology and Digitalization Department.
Olga Karaseva made a report on the improvement of legal regulation in the pricing system and the practice of applying the changes made to the regulatory legal acts of the VKS. In her speech, the expert spoke about the strategic goals in the field of pricing for 2022, 2025 and 2030, as well as about the measures being implemented to achieve these goals.
Olga Vorobyeva told in her report about the practice of implementing the technology of volumetric and functional design of asphalt concrete mixtures in the Russian Federation as part of the implementation of the national project "Safe High-quality Roads".
Vitaliy Mironyuk made a report on the legal and regulatory support for the use of information modeling technology in the construction of highways.At the final stage of the event, a technical excursion to the road construction facilities of St. Petersburg was conducted for experts.
