On April 22, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of the head of the Federal Road Agency Roman Novikov, at which the modernization of the road management system in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation was discussed. From ROSDORNIA, the event was attended by Deputy General Directors Pavel Ruchev and Alexey Adam.
The meeting presented and approved an updated program for the modernization of the road quality management system in the regions, developed with the participation of ROSDORNIA based on the results of the analysis of the results of the work of the subjects for the previous three years.
The set of proposals was agreed with regional representatives and with the RADOR Association. It touches on the financial model, principles of formation, quality of planning of regional road activity programs, socio-economic approaches to the development of road infrastructure, the development of a backbone road network through the implementation of regional projects.
It is expected that the implementation of the program will allow regional road builders to reach a new level of implementation of the national project activities. At the moment, the program is already working in three subjects of the Russian Federation (Volgograd and Saratov regions, as well as the Republic of Kalmykia).
