On February 3, the International Practical Conference "Siberian Roads" opened in Irkutsk. The main topic discussed at the event is innovation and experience in road construction.
ROSDORNII is represented at the conference by Vladimir Martinson, Chief Advisor to the CEO. He made a presentation on the topic: "Changes and additions to the construction control procedure".
The ROSDORNII expert spoke about the functions of the customer and contractor during the construction control, about the classification of construction control by stage of implementation (entrance, operational and acceptance), by the method of implementation (measuring, visual and registration), by the scope of implementation (continuous and selective control), about the composition of work and the procedure for the implementation of input control, operational control, as well as digitalization of construction control.
In addition, Vladimir Leonidovich highlighted promising goals in working with construction control, which include the preparation and maintenance of a Register of organizations carrying out construction control, the formation of a package of amendments to existing regulatory legal acts, the development of the procedure for the application of penalties for reducing the required level of quality.
ROSDORNII is The industry-wide competence center for the implementation of the national project "Safe High-quality Roads" and is engaged in the analysis of the requirements in force in the regions for organizations engaged in construction control; development and implementation of a digital form of reporting on the stages of construction control; evaluation, together with professional organizations, laboratories of all participants in the road construction process; inspection control at facilities.
