On January 28, a seminar of ROSDORNIA was held on the topic "Ensuring the quality of road construction work within the framework of NP BCD". The event was organized for specialists of the road industry in order to expand the areas of competence and gain new knowledge necessary for effective work in modern conditions.
The representative of the Department of Construction of the Government of the Russian Federation Grigory Volkov made a welcoming speech.
"The task was to create a competence center on the basis of ROSDORNIA, so that we could have an exchange, so that we could get better every year, broadcast the best practices. ROSDORNII responsibly carries this flag. I wish you all good luck, interesting and fruitful work," said Grigory Volkov.
Vladimir Martinson, Chief Adviser to the General Director of ROSDORNIA, and Alexey Adam, Head of the Laboratory Support Department of ROSDORNIA, spoke about the organization and conduct of quality control of road works, construction control and laboratory support.
The report of the advisor to the General Director of ROSDORNIA Evgeny Damier was devoted to the implementation of a system of volumetric and functional design of asphalt concrete mixtures. The expert pointed out the advantages of the technology and justified the practical necessity and cost-effectiveness of its implementation.
Igor Pictortsev, Head of the Department of Organization and Road Safety of ROSDORNIA, told the audience about the main directions of activities to improve road safety in order to achieve the goals of NP BCD.The number of participants of the event exceeded 340 people from 69 regions.
The system of advanced training for road workers was created by ROSDORNIA employees within the framework of the NP BCD to train professionals working in various fields of road management. The training programs are aimed at representatives of the customer's service, employees of regional and municipal branch management bodies, managers and specialists of companies engaged in road construction, engineers and designers.
In 2021, more than five thousand road workers from all regions of the country were trained under 21 advanced training programs (the share of young people aged 18 to 35 years is 58.44%). During the year, 54 introductory and informational events were held on topical issues of road management, the total number of participants was 5,338 people, and 3 625 people watched the webinars on the record. 6 new programs have been developed and 9 advanced training programs have been updated. The annual indicator of the federal project "OMRDH" has been exceeded by 2.58 times.
On the educational portal of road management (https://educationbkad.emiit.ru /) and the website of the Professional Development System (https://www.rosdorspk.ru /) posted training materials, methodological manuals, regulatory legal acts of road management and comments on him, articles and much more. The site also has a feedback channel with road workers, including to identify the most acute and important problems in the industry.
