June 18, 2021 Vice-Governor of St. PetersburgMaxim Sokolov held a working meeting with the Director General of the FAA "ROSDORNIA"Stanislav Naboko on issues of cooperation within the framework of the implementation of the national project "Safe high-quality roads". During the meeting, a decision was made on the participation of city road departments in the work on the formation of a strategy for the development of the transport economy of the region, which the institute conducts jointly with the government of the Leningrad region. It was also noted the need to introduce new relevant technologies of road works on the territory of St. Petersburg.
Among other issues, the leaders discussed the need to organize work on verifying information about the highways of St. Petersburg in a publicly available information system for monitoring the formation and use of funds of road funds of all levels (SKDF).
In addition, they discussed the development of resource and technological models for the construction, reconstruction and overhaul of highways in St. Petersburg; cooperation in the preparation of industry training programs, conducting seminars and webinars for road workers; testing new promising technologies in the urban road sector that have passed the acceleration program of ROSDORNIA.
