At the All-Russian seminar "Priorities of the national project "Safe high-quality Roads", which was held on August 23-24 in Moscow, the main aspects of improving the quality of road works were discussed.
Continuous quality control of road works is a key condition for the successful implementation of the national project, Deputy Director General of ROSDORNIA Pavel Ruchev noted at the beginning of the event. He said that the institute performs the functions of a federal operator of quality control of road activities. ROSDORNIA has at its disposal ten branches and two territorial divisions, an extensive network of stationary and mobile laboratories
The report was also made by Acting Deputy Director General of ROSDORNIA Alexey Kovrov, who noted that the institute is the main coordinator in Russia, which monitors the progress of the national project "Safe High-quality Roads".
With the current results of the audit of objects implemented in the framework of The participants of the national project were introduced by Pavel Kriushin, Head of the Department for Monitoring the Quality of Road Works of ROSDORNIA.
Vladimir Martinson, Chief Adviser to the General Director of ROSDORNIA, told about the construction control. The expert focused on the specifics of the application of national standards, proposed changes in regulatory legal acts and digitalization of all procedures.
Dmitry Kozlov, Head of the Department of Control and Supervision of Road Transport and Road Facilities of Rostransnadzor, in his report drew the attention of participants to the key problems of control over the road fund.

– Alexander Konorev, Head of the Department of Advanced Research and Testing Methods of ROSDORNII, spoke about topical issues of the implementation and development of APVGC;
– Vladislav Svezhinsky, General Director of CITI Dorcontrol LLC, with a report on quality control of road markings, materials and products.
