Within the framework of the section devoted to business innovations, the concept of the Accelerator of the road industry developed in ROSDORNIA was presented, which was launched for the second time in September 2021. Yulia Oganova, Head of the Acceleration Department of the Institute, made a report on this topic. She spoke about the tasks and directions of the acceleration program, the principles of project selection and audit, shared her accumulated experience and presented innovations that got a start in life thanks to the program. In 2020, more than 100 startups of the road transport industry have already participated in it.
Also, representatives of the Institute took part in the work of the section dedicated to the development of intelligent transport systems (ITS). Polina Malykhina, Chief Specialist of the Department of Methodology of Intelligent Transport Systems of ROSDORNIA, made a report on topical issues of standardization in the field of ITS. The expert spoke about the international and Russian system of standards in the field of ITS, about the ongoing state initiatives in terms of its development, presented the concept of creation and functioning of the national network of ITS developed by the Institute.
Alexey Soldatenkov, Chief Specialist of the Department for the Formation of the national ITS network, presented an overview of changes in the methodology for evaluating and ranking local projects for the creation of intelligent transport systems in urban agglomerations proposed by the Ministry of Transport of Russia based on the results of project implementation in 2020. Among other things, new approaches to the formation and implementation of projects were shown, criteria for achieving ITS maturity levels in urban agglomerations were presented, the procedure for evaluating and ranking local projects was given. In 2020, measures to implement ITS using inter-budget transfers were carried out in 27 urban agglomerations of 22 subjects of the Russian Federation.Active work was also carried out at the ROSDORNIA stand in Kazan-Espoo, which was visited by many forum participants in four days. Among the guests of the stand were representatives of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan: Assistant to the President of the Republic Albert Gilmutdinov, Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, Minister of Digital Development Airat Khairullin and Chairman of the Council of the Association for the Promotion of Digital Development, Director of GBU "BDD" Rifkat Minnikhanov. Also, the institute's stand was visited by the director of the RUT Academy (MIIT), Doctor of Technical Sciences Sultan Zhankaziev.
