ROSDORNII introduced road workers to the strategy of pricing and RNNT development

A practical seminar of the Federal Road Agency "Improving the pricing system in the road industry and solving topical issues of estimated rationing" was held in Irkutsk from August 16 to 20. The event was attended by Deputy of the State Duma of the VI and VII convocations Sergey Ten, Head of the Department of Scientific and Technical Research, Information Technology and Economic Support of Rosavtodor Oleg Stupnikov, Deputy Director of the Department of Design, Technical Policy and Innovative Technologies of Avtodor Group Elena Kuleva, First Deputy Governor of the Irkutsk Region - Prime Minister Konstantin Zaitsev and others.

Alexander Kamenskikh, Deputy Director General of ROSDORNIA, and Olga Karaseva, Head of the Pricing Department of ROSDORNIA, also made reports. They introduced the participants of the seminar to the strategy of development of pricing in road construction, and also told about the Register of New and Best Technologies (RNNT) and plans for its development. In particular, as Alexander Kamenskikh noted, the institute plans to modernize the registry. It is assumed that the RNNT it will become an integral part in the work of project organizations and will contain information about the cost of the technology.

Olga Karaseva in her speech spoke about the principles of pricing and estimated rationing in the field of urban planning and road construction. Part of the report was devoted to the topic of continuous improvement of pricing in the information ecosystem, promising schemes for determining the estimated cost of construction at different stages of design. The system of monitoring prices and resource availability of subjects developed by ROSDORNIA was also presented. It allows regions, executive authorities, customers and contractors to carry out more effective budget planning.
