Stanislav Naboko, General Director of the FAA ROSDORNIA, presented the Road Fund Control System (SKDF) to Roman Novikov, Head of Rosavtodor.
The electronic resource, which is currently being developed by ROSDORNII, will contain all relevant information for effective road management: a complete database of federal, regional and local roads, plans for their repair and reconstruction, the composition of the work carried out, their cost, terms of implementation, information about contractor companies. The system will also open access to the results of diagnostics of the road network by mobile laboratories of ROSDORNIA. Regular updating of information will automatically generate reports on the state of the country's road network.
With its implementation, Russians will have access to up-to-date information about the highway in relation to their place of residence. Citizens will be able to send messages about the quality of roads, as well as proposals for their development. Feedback from road owners is provided.
The new system will replace the current Unified State Register of Highways (EGRAD). The SKDF operator will ensure the transfer of data from Leningrad to in full.
The head of Rosavtodor made proposals on the work of the SKDF, which will be taken into account in the further development and implementation of the electronic resource.
