On April 28, Orenburg hosted a road seminar on the topic: "The main aspects in ensuring the quality of road works performed by the subjects of the Russian Federation within the framework of the implementation of the federal project "Regional and local road network" of the national project "Safe Quality Roads", organized by the Orenburg branch of the FAA "ROSDORNII" and the Ministry of Construction, Housing andutilities, road facilities and transport of the Orenburg region.
The seminar was held in order to improve the skills of road services of the Orenburg region involved in the implementation of the national project.
The event was attended by 70 representatives of industry enterprises, associations and associations, as well as experts in the field of road infrastructure development and construction.
During the seminar, topics such as the activities of the FAA "ROSDORNIA" in the field of pricing, industry estimates and regulatory framework for the repair and maintenance of federal highways, non-destructive method of monitoring the condition of road surfaces and roadbed, acceptance rules and maintenance executive documentation and implementation of construction control, as well as the results of monitoring conducted in 2021.
The experts spoke about the features of working with bitumen binders, as well as the main tasks and equipment used in terms of assessing the technical condition (diagnostics) of highways. It was also discussed the results of the assessment of the compliance of the properties of bitumen binders with the conditions of their use for various territories, the methodology for determining the presence of polymer in bitumen binder extracted from asphalt concrete cores, the prediction of repair periods based on the results of simulation tests of bitumen binders, the principal possibilities and approaches to ensuring compliance with the actual and required characteristics of bitumen binders.
The guests were addressed by the Institute's employees Dmitry Ivanov, Mikhail Slavutsky, Alexander Svidersky, Alexander Podosinnikov, Vladimir Ryaboshapka, Roman Eremin and Alexey Toroshchin.
