On April 12, a meeting was held on the topic "Implementation of the road activity program within the framework of the national project "Safe quality roads" on highways of regional and inter-municipal significance of the Orenburg Region in 2022".
Director of the Orenburg branch of ROSDORNIA Ivan Galkin took part in the event and told about the main activities of the branch, technical equipment, as well as work plans for 2022.
"The Orenburg branch of the FAA "ROSDORNII" was established in 2020. The branch has two mobile universal road diagnostic laboratories, four mobile mobile laboratory posts equipped with equipment for sampling and operational control at facilities. The branch is equipped with a container-type laboratory for testing mixtures designed according to the method of volumetric and functional design and traditional mixtures.
In December last year, a stationary laboratory equipped with the most modern dynamic testing system DTS-30 was put into operation. This is the only installation that allows you to perform all the dynamic tests prescribed by Russian GOST standards.
As part of the fulfillment of the state task of the Ministry of Transport of Russia in the implementation of the national project "Safe high-quality Roads", the Orenburg branch of ROSDORNIA provides assistance to the regions on the introduction of new technologies.
In 2020, the branch monitored the quality of road works in three regions. In 2021, diagnostic work was carried out on 7,500 km of highways, monitoring was carried out at 36 facilities in five subjects supervised by the branch (Samara, Ulyanovsk, Orenburg, Tatarstan and Bashkortostan). Municipal customers applied for laboratory support of facilities and diagnostics of highways.
This year, extensive work is planned to carry out construction control, in April it is expected to issue a Government decree "On establishing the case of construction control in relation to individual capital construction projects, construction, reconstruction of which is planned to be carried out fully or partially at the expense of the federal budget."
