Specialists of the Orenburg branch of the Russian Road Research Institute monitored the quality of road works in the Ulyanovsk region. The audit took place at the following repair facilities: Ulyanovsk – Dimitrovograd – Samara, Ureno-Karlinskoye – Chufarovo – Veshkaima – Barysh, Saransk – Surskoye – Ulyanovsk, Valdivatskoye – Karsun – Veshkaima – Beklemishevo – Starotimoshkino highways, as well as Ulyanovsk city streets.
During the events, specialists visited asphalt concrete plants, where they took samples of the raw materials used for laboratory tests for compliance with GOST standards. The contractors' laboratory services were evaluated. The specialists also studied the executive documentation, assessed compliance with the technology of work, took samples of samples from the coating (cores).
Now the specialists of the Orenburg branch have started auditing the objects of the Samara region. It should be noted that the main purpose of monitoring the quality of road works is to collect, analyze, and bring information about the quality of road construction work to all interested participants.
