The specialists of the scientific institute visited 3 regions, in each of them the contractors applied new technologies
The Orenburg branch summed up the results of monitoring the quality of road works for the 3rd quarter. From June to September, employees of the Department of quality audit and introduction of new technologies visited the Samara, Orenburg regions and the Republic of Bashkortostan. During such visits, the readiness of asphalt concrete plants of contracting organizations was checked, samples of road construction materials were taken, documentation was checked. Special attention during the audit in the regions is directed to the use of new technologies in road works, out of 14 objects of selective monitoring, they have been applied to 12.
In particular, at three facilities controlled by the Orenburg branch, the top layer of asphalt concrete pavement was designed using crushed-mastic asphalt concrete SHCHMA 20. We are talking about renovated streetsChukovsky in Tolyatti,Communist in the city of Guy and a section of roadUfa – Chishmy. In addition, at two more facilities in the Samara region, the contractor designed mixtures according to the volumetric design system (To Marshall): this is a bypass of the village of Sergievsk and the repair of the highwayTogliatti – Tashelka.
In the remaining seven sections, work on the device of the upper layer was carried out according to the system of volumetric and functional design. This is the repair of the highwayBlagoveshchensk – Pavlovka and repair of the streetZhukova from the bridge to Stakhanovskaya Street in the city of Ishimbai of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The remaining facilities are located in Orenburg and in the region: repair of streetsSoyuznaya (from Orskoye highway to Zhukovsky), Tsviling (from the deformation seam of the overpass through the railway crossing to Fadeev Street), overhaul of the street sectionTurkestan (From Leningrad to Zhukov). The last object listed by the experts of the scientific institute was singled out as the most curious object of the BKAD on their territory this year. Road sectionThe secretary – Haze has a length of 16 kilometers. In addition to the device of the top layer of the coating with the use of technologies of volumetric and functional design, the restoration of pavement with a thickness of 20 centimeters was applied here by the method of cold regeneration with a recycler reinforced with cement and bitumen emulsion.
According to the monitoring results, the Orenburg branch rated the quality of road works in three regions "good". Most of the comments concerned shortcomings in the documentation, and the contractors hastened to eliminate them. The main advice from the FAA "ROSDORNIA" is to pay attention to the operational control over the progress of the ongoing repairs. In general, the experts were satisfied with the interim results of the implementation of the National Project "BCAD" in this territory.
At the end of the third quarter, the specialists of the Orenburg branch managed to fully complete all stages of monitoring in the Republic of Bashkortostan. Samples of inert materials and cores were taken from the upper and lower layers of the coating at all sites. The samples were tested in mobile laboratories, all samples comply with the requirements of government contracts and regulatory and technical documentation. brought from Ufa – Chishma highways andBlagoveshchensk – Pavlovka, as well as from urban objects: streetsZhukova in the city of Ishimbai and streetsKrasnoarmeyskaya in the city of Salavat. The selected cores at the completed facilities in the Orenburg region also showed a positive result. The final assessment of the quality of work performed on the remaining facilities will be given at the end of the fourth quarter.
Recall that selective monitoring of the quality of road works is carried out in the regions at the facilities of the national project "Safe and high-quality Highways". Its purpose is to timely convey information about the quality of work to all participants in road activities, including road work customers and contractors. Experts of the scientific institute throughout the country are analyzing the documentation and qualifications of personnel, checking the readiness of asphalt concrete plants at the first stage of the audit. On the second, they monitor the production of road works, and on the third, they evaluate the results of the work done, organization of construction control. At each of the stages, samples of raw materials, mixtures, and finished coatings are selectively sampled. In the course of their work, the experts of the FAA "ROSDORNIA" use special equipment and mobile laboratory complexes.
