Minister of Transport and Road Facilities of the region Anatoly Kostylevsky reported to the participants of the meeting that the total volume of tests carried out on regional roads in 2021 exceeded the volume of 2020 by 21 percent. In 2021, 1,610 samples (samples) of building materials were selected and tested, while in 2020 - 1,331. In the future, this volume will continue to grow due to the introduction of new regulatory documents on quality control of road materials, the transition to new national standards for asphalt concrete, as well as measures to strengthen quality control.
In 2021, 326 objects were checked by the independent control of the Ministry of Transport, 221 of which had comments on the volume and quality of work performed. The main part of the comments was eliminated promptly.
The municipal customer of Novosibirsk did not accept and did not pay for seven objects. The total amount of rejected works amounted to 22.28 million rubles. These facilities are planned for acceptance and financing in 2022.
In total, contractors have 810 objects under warranty, 422 of them are made on the local network in municipal districts and urban districts, 364 objects are under the national project of the BCD, 24 objects are located on regional and intermunicipal highways.
