Minsk region: European level highway
Sb. By, 04.01.2022
By the end of 2021, the reconstruction of sections of the highway P 53 (Sloboda – Novosady), along which 17,000 cars pass per day, was completed.
The cost of updating the roadway with a length of 6 kilometers amounted to over 62.3 million rubles — about 10 million rubles were spent on one kilometer of the new road.
It should be noted that the work on the reconstruction of the P-53 has been carried out in stages since 2014. Taking into account the properties of the material, strong reinforced seams are embedded in the road surface every 5 meters so that temperature and compression effects do not destroy the integrity of the path. Concrete has not only durability, resistance to precipitation and different temperature conditions. In the dark, it is more noticeable to the eye of a motorist and pedestrian. The service life is 2-2.5 times higher compared to asphalt concrete pavement, the estimated service life is more than 25 years. Everything is done strictly according to German technology.
